Quality management

Quality management is a central task to our range of services. The QM department continuously monitors our internal processes and ensures compliance with all certification standards. Our QM team is also the permanent point of contact for our producers from all over the world. In order to never lose sight of what matters most in our day-to-day operations and to make our highest quality requirements visible to you, we regularly undergo internal audits by recognised institutions – we are thus certified by the International Featured Standard and have been awarded the national organic seal.

We carry out documented producer audits on a regular basis and thus ensure our (and our customers') quality requirements at all times. Simultaneously, we are continuing to develop the business relationship with our suppliers. These short and direct communication channels enable us to react to changing market situations at any time.

The requirements placed on the quality, composition and marketability of wine are as complex as the wine itself. To ensure that the very highest product requirements are met without exception, we work closely with recognised testing institutes and food laboratories in the target country.
